Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Tellar.io (“Tellar.io”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit tellar.io, use the Tellar.io dashboard as a merchant or influencer, or otherwise interact with the Service.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, work email, company, role, and password (stored hashed).
  • Usage data — clicks, conversions, and campaign/offer activity attributed through tracking links, used to power reporting and payouts.
  • Payout data — the minimum billing details needed to pay an influencer through Wise, Stripe, or manual invoice; full payment credentials are held by that provider, not by us.
  • Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and timestamps collected automatically for security, fraud prevention, and attribution.
  • Cookies and analytics — used to keep you signed in and to understand how the marketing site and dashboard are used.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • operate the Service, including link tracking, conversion attribution, and reporting;
  • process payouts through the provider a merchant selects;
  • maintain the per-account audit trail of approvals and role changes;
  • detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • communicate with you about your account, service updates, and — where you have agreed to be contacted — sales or marketing outreach.

4. Sharing between merchants and influencers

A merchant and the influencers on their program read the same underlying click, conversion, and earnings data for that influencer’s own traffic — this is a core feature of the Service, not incidental sharing. We do not share one merchant’s account data with another merchant, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of processors to operate the Service: payment providers (Wise, Stripe) for payouts, infrastructure and hosting providers to run the platform, and analytics tooling to understand product usage. Each processor accesses only the data needed to perform its function, under contractual data protection terms.

6. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet audit, tax, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of personal data that we are not otherwise required to keep, as described in Section 8.

7. International transfers and security

Data may be processed in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. We apply technical and organizational measures — including role-based access and audit logging — to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@tellar.io.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
